Online Purchase Terms

1. Service Scope

TACTIC AGENCIA will provide digital marketing services as agreed with THE CLIENT. There is no employment relationship between the parties, and each is responsible for its legal and administrative obligations.

2. Duration

The service will commence once THE CLIENT has provided all necessary materials. The first month will include a 7-day development period. For cancellations, a notice of at least 15 days is required.

3. Payments

Payments must be made on the 1st of each month, with a 5-day grace period. If payment is delayed by more than 30 days, a 10% surcharge will apply. Payments can be made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Obligations and Intellectual Property

TACTIC AGENCIA commits to providing the service with professionalism and confidentiality. THE CLIENT will own the approved and paid content, while rejected designs will remain the property of TACTIC AGENCIA.

5. Communications

All correspondence and notifications will be conducted through the channels established between both parties.

6. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with a prior notice of at least 15 days in case of a breach of the agreed conditions.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is of global application and will be governed by the applicable laws in THE CLIENT’s and/or TACTIC AGENCIA’s jurisdiction. In case of disputes, both parties will seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before resorting to judicial proceedings
